Leadership Workshop FOLLOW-UP


In the following 1 week, please allocate 2 x 30 minutes for leading the following conversations: Delegating tasks and Providing feedback. Choose 1-2 members of your team, book the time slots, and agree with them on these conversations.

Then record your lessons learned: which skills you used, what worked well, what should be improved. We would be grateful if you share with us the most important takeaways via this questionnaire. It will help us evaluate the efficiency of the whole leadership program.
